National competent authorities and data coordinators
To remove barriers to a well-functioning internal market for data by introducing the rules to make data accessible and available to users, data recipients, and public sector bodies and to facilitate switching between data processing services.
Manufacturers of connected products placed on the market in the EU and providers of related services
