Ensuring efficient and sincere cooperation with other supervisory authorities in cross-border cases, including timely information-sharing, use of a common cooperation file, and engagement throughout all procedural stages (Articles 3, 9, 10, 26)
- Respecting the complainant’s right to be heard, including the right to submit views before key procedural decisions and to be informed of significant procedural developments (Article 19)
