Draft guidelines on trusted flaggers

Draft Commission guidelines on trusted flaggers

The draft guidelines assist providers of online platforms and Digital Services Coordinators in applying Article 22(2), (6) and (7) of the DSA on the award, suspension, and revocation of trusted flagger status. They also provide interpretative guidance on the obligations in Article 22(1), (3) and (4), including the technical and organisational measures platforms must adopt to give priority processing to notices submitted by trusted flaggers within their designated area of expertise. The guidelines further specify the information trusted flaggers should include in their reports and what Digital Services Coordinators should communicate to the Commission upon designation.
