The report identifies the landscape of prominent and recurrent systemic risks on very large online platforms and search engines, such as the spread of illegal content and threats to fundamental rights, and reviews the mitigation measures platforms have taken to counter them. As the second annual edition of this report, it places particular focus on risks to children and young people online and evaluates how the DSA framework is building a long-term approach to addressing them. It serves as a transparency and accountability reference point under the DSA's systemic risk provisions.
